Ways Gifting Company required a unified corporate platform to manage enterprise client organizations, bulk corporate gifting catalogues, and nationwide shipping. Managing order uploads and fulfillment manually across dozens of client companies was causing shipping bottlenecks and high administrative costs.
Architected a Laravel 12 multi-tenant organization admin portal with three-tier RBAC (Superadmin, Org-Admin, Employee). Implemented a robust asynchronous Excel ingestion engine using Maatwebsite with row-level validation, integrated Delhivery APIs for instant AWB generation and webhook tracking, and created an interactive product polling engine for employee gifting selections.
Launched at waysgifting.in, reducing manual order-processing overhead by 30%–50%, cutting server release deployment time to minutes via DigitalOcean and Nginx, and automating corporate gifting workflows for multinational clients.
